Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This position is responsible for executing recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring across the company. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role also involves expanding recruitment channels, building talent pipelines, maintaining recruitment reports and data, and supporting onboarding and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring and recruiting, with the ability to manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employer branding activities and recruitment channel development.
• Ability to prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Good interviewing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
