Role Description
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and salary benchmarking.
• Drive Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Support onboarding and employee integration during the probation period..
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities.
• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
