- Manage information of all candidates who take part in recruitement process of Nabati Viet Nam Company for reference in the future.
- Know how to make company brand well-impressed on the memory of candidate.
- Update weekly Personnel Situation
- Update MPP and recruitment target
- Exit Interview
- Welcome new members
- Update Forecast MPP from ASM/BM to get the Forecast MPP plan for month and backup plan
- Update Data New members and send to C&B Staff
- Update Probation assessment situation of employees and send to C&B Staff
Job requirements:
Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment policies; design effective recruitment and employee evaluation tools.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proven ability to source, develop, and maintain effective talent pools.
- Capable of proposing and implementing talent attraction programs in the labor market.
- Good communication skills; well-organized, responsible, proactive, dynamic, and able to work under high pressure.
- 25 years of recruitment experience in large-scale manufacturing, trading, or retail companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
