Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and employee development programs. You will work closely with the People & Culture team to attract top talent, enhance employer branding, and execute training initiatives that foster growth and engagement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Post job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Support initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace engagement strategies.

3. HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain HR databases, ensuring updated records of recruitment and training activities.
  • Generate reports on hiring progress, training completion rates, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment and training.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or learning & development.
  • Experience in marketing, FMCG, or field force recruitment is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, training methods, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software (ATS, LMS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
  • Passionate about talent development and enhancing workplace culture
