We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition cum Admin Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our team's success.

What will you be doing

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and informative to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Responsible for job posting, screen resumes, applications, interview and access candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Actively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Administration (30%)

  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational and administration activities.
  • Handles full onboarding and off boarding process including new hire orientation.
  • Verify staff attendance records and leave applications.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of office, cleanliness, office equipment, office pantry, stationery, company vehicles and ordering warehouse materials
  • Organising company events and employee engagement activities.

What are we looking for

  • Full time work and be able to commit to an internship period from 3 to 6 months.
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
  • Passionate about HR work and possess strong resilience
  • Can-do attitude, result-oriented, urge in learning and development.
  • Able to work independently to meet organizational goals

  • Monthly internship allowance: 3 mil per month + parking allowance + attractive incentive
  • Working days: Mon to Fri, 8AM to 5PM
