Job Description

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

At Palazzo, the Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a critical role in attracting and securing top-tier talent to support our premium 5-star service standards. This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and managing key HR processes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Headhunting

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the luxury service sector (F&B, Hospitality, Operations, and Corporate functions)

• Proactively source and headhunt senior-level candidates (Manager to Director level)

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies

• Ensure recruitment KPIs are met (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience)

2. Employer Branding & Social Media Management

• Manage and develop content for two recruitment-focused social media pages

• Plan and execute:

o Job postings and recruitment campaigns

o Internal culture and engagement content

o Visual content (photos/videos) for company activities

• Strengthen Palazzo's employer brand aligned with luxury service standards

• Propose creative initiatives to attract high-quality candidates

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Design and implement a professional onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee integration

• Manage offboarding procedures, including:

o Exit interviews

o Clearance and handover processes

• Ensure a consistent and positive employee lifecycle experience

4. Expat Management (Visa & Work Permit)

• Handle and manage all documentation for foreign employees, including:

o Visa

o Work Permit

o Temporary Residence Card (TRC)

• Ensure all expatriates are fully compliant with local labor regulations prior to onboarding

• Monitor and manage renewals and legal documentation timelines

• Coordinate with relevant authorities and external partners

5. HR Process & Compliance

• Develop and improve recruitment and HR-related processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports

Job requirements

How well do you fit this job and rank among other candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the service industry (Hospitality, F&B, Luxury Service preferred)

• Proven experience in headhunting for senior-level roles

• Strong experience in employer branding and social media content management

• Good understanding of visa and work permit processes for expatriates

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
