Job Description

  • Support in sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in data collection and report preparation.
  • Design simple recruitment materials and documents.
  • Post job advertisements and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate who can work full-time.
  • Good English proficiency; proficient in Excel and basic design skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about the Human Resources field.
