Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring across frontline functions. Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Deliver mass hiring targets while ensuring quality of hire and hiring timelines.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frontline and high-turnover positions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and local hiring networks.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports and market insights.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in Mass Recruitment is required.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.
- Experience hiring Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, Promoters (PG/PB), or other frontline workforce is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Profile
- Experience managing nationwide or multi-location recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the frontline labor market and high-volume hiring challenges.
- Proficiency in social recruiting, referral programs, and talent pooling strategies
