Job Description

The ideal candidate is accountable for collaborating with business stakeholders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goal. Additionally, this role is the essential link between candidates, hiring managers, talent acquisition team and HR personnel, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment & candidate experience.

As a member of the TA APAC team, you will fully manage the talent acquisition matter for the MSEA timezone. The work location located in HCM City of Vietnam.

Responsibilities

  • Partner to the business stakeholders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners, advising innovative talent acquisition & solutions on workforce planning, recruitment strategies development, and D&I goals;
  • Responsible for the recruitment of junior-to-manager level positions of the assigned functions from sourcing, interview to offer and onboarding;
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and programs to attract, source and hire top talent. Aligning recruitment strategies with AD employer brand and diversity and inclusion initiatives;
  • Proactively source potential candidates using various methods such as online platforms, social media, professional networks, Boolean searches, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques. Identify and attract passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities;
  • Manage the creation of the job requisition for junior-to-mid level positions in the ATS and to ensure the inputted job information are accurate and the opened positions are well approved by authorized parties;
  • Proactively partnering with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review, advise and develop appropriate interview & assessment contents to evaluate the candidates based on competencies;
  • Upholding employer branding strategies to enhance AD reputation and attract top talent. Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback and a seamless candidate journey.
  • Staying informed about the external talent market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks. Providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding market conditions and talent availability.
  • Able to utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies ;
  • Proactive to drive a high degree of initiative and intuition, challenging the status quo, adding innovative and growth mindset, incorporating best practice and driving change;
  • Be a back-up support to other TA Business Partners in APAC as required;
  • Participate regional talent acquisition projects and HR initiatives, Employer Branding as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 6+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition from a dynamic MNC environment and matrix organization. Preferably come from a TA supervisor role.
  • Hands on experience handling professional recruitment in the manufacturing, chemical, packaging industry
  • Understanding of employment regulations and laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to professionally interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Relate well with people and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and culturally diverse environment
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Very good spoken in English
