Recruitment:

  • Ensure adherence to the recruitment process as per SOP.
  • Provide recruitment consulting to Hiring managers, ensuring the right candidates are found and selected, meeting headcount requirements.
  • Search for potential candidates through various recruitment channels: job sites, social networks, internal referrals.
  • Contact and interview potential candidates by phone to gather detailed information and assess suitability.
  • Arrange and participate in interviews with suitable candidates after initial phone screenings.
  • Ensure vacant positions are filled within the required timeframe.
  • Continuously update recruitment reports as soon as there are any changes.
  • Propose salary policies for new employees to Line Manager and HR Director.
  • Collect market salary information for all positions through direct surveys with candidates.
  • Regularly monitor employee data, updating the number of current employees for all positions on a monthly basis.
  • Control staffing levels for recruitment, and support headcount budget checks for transfers and promotions.

Training & Culture:


  • Deliver orientation training according to the assigned level.
  • Support management by monitoring and regularly updating internal training activities within the Cluster.
  • Directly participate in the preparation and implementation of training and company engagement activities.

Other Tasks


  • Be willing to participate in all Company activities in general and in the preparation of HR department activities in particular.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager and HR Director.

Report:


  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Line Manager.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Good communication (both English & Vietnamese), Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT,...)
  • Understanding of labor laws and market salary trends.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
