This is a full-time role as a B2C Tele sales Trainer for Vietnam market at 51Talk. This role is required to be able to speak English and Vietnamese fluently. This role involves working onsite 51Talk office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for tele sales training, product training and practical training for new and existing tele sales representatives
- Responsible for follow-up and skills improvement training within 1 month after new tele sales join the team
- Conduct orientation to sales process, develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, and schedule orientation along with Sales Leader
- Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales representatives
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
- Coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers from other sites.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any field;
- Have a big passion to be a trainer role;
- Background experience in the edtech/education industry, insurance is a plus
- Clear logic, active thinking, good communication and expression skills, self-driven, flexibility
- Able to communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good at Microsoft word/excel/PPT
Working Hours:
1:30pm to 10:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Tuesday is off.
