JOB 1: [District 12/9] Customer Service – Travel App - 5days/Week

- Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.

- Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.

- Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.

- Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.

- Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.

- Update special situations to management when necessary.

Candidate requirements

- High school graduate or higher.

- Proficiency in one of the following languages:

+English - Projects on travel, airline tickets, banking. (Nightshift 24/7)

JOB 2: CONTENT MODERATOR - SPOTIFY/TIKTOK APP - 5 DAYS/WEEK

Work location:Tòa nhà OfficeHaus 32 B Bao Tân Thng, Phng Tân Sn Nhì, (Qun Tân Phú) TP.HCM

• Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.
• Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture/ text content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.

Income

• Base Salary: 7.500.000 vnd/month.
• Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month.
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1.200.000 vnd/month
• 100% salary in 2-month probation time.

Requirements

• Minimum B2-level English certificate.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native

language listed above.

your native language.

• High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. nonsensitive content appropriately.
• Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule

• 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
• Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest)
