Job description
Provide technical solutions for problems.
Participate in-deep training to have a deep understanding of products.
Conduct troubleshooting

Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree
Good in English Written and Verbal communication.
Preferred having development experience.
3+ years experience in DevOps or System Engineer
Have experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management.
Have experience of building and managing Linux and Windows OS systems
Have experience in installing and managing OSS (ELK, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and so on)
Experience of managing ALM, SCM, CICD, IDE and Inspection Tools. (JIRA, Confluence, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Kubernetes, Docker, Web IDE, Redis, K8s, Jenkins etc.) is plus point
Experienced using DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Familiar with one of Monitoring Tools: Kibana, Kafka, PinPoint and Logstash, Prometheus, Elastic Search.
Able to monitor system after working on the system.
Able to structure, analyze, and develop PostgreSQL, InfluxDB.
Able to develop Shell script.
Able to conduct research into system issues and applications as required.
Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
Able to analyze logs and handle errors
