About the Role
Perform field engineer activities, including deployment, installation, and support of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS (installation, configuration, and administration).
- Deployment experience with servers and storage systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution for deployed systems.
- Prepare and review equipment quotations and support project estimation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics & Telecommunications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer with hands-on deployment experience (servers, storage, and Linux OS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in system and infrastructure environments.
- Experience in preparing quotations and performing cost estimation for IT infrastructure deployment.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international vendors and partners.
- CV must include clear deployment experience and troubleshooting background.
