Job Objective:
- Implement and maintain essential IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, storage systems, operating systems, and databases.
- Take responsibility for IT infrastructure design and implementation of IT projects following internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and security through best practices in server hardening, patch management, and configuration management.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform endtoend server administration including capacity monitoring, security patching, obsolescence management, performance tuning, and log analysis
- Execute server setup and configuration for new environments, including Red Hat and Windows Server platforms, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Implement and maintain robust server hardening practices, including OS baseline configuration, vulnerability remediation, access control enforcement, and audit policy configuration.
- Implement and maintain database synchronization, backup, and restore procedures across multisite environments.
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement IT infrastructure architecture for relevant projects.
- Engage and coordinate with local vendors for troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
- Follow up with relevant teams and provide timely updates/reports for IT Infrastructurerelated matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT roles, particularly as a Server and Storage Administrator.
- Comprehensive understanding of server hardening, security patch management, and secure configuration frameworks.
- Strong experience with operating systems, enterprise hardware technologies, latest IT infrastructure equipment, backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, and virtualization technologies.
- Proven experience in server and database architecture design.
- Proficient with Red Hat, Windows Server, and VMware virtualization platforms.
