We are looking for a skilled Linux Storage System Operations Engineer to join our clients ETL Platform and Infrastructure Team. You will be responsible for managing, operating, and optimizing enterprise-scale Linux-based storage systems, working directly with international clients and collaborating with global colleagues.
I. What Youll Do
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Linux-based storage systems in production.
- Manage NFS, NetApp, and VAST storage environments.
- (Nice-to-have) Work with GPFS (IBM Spectrum Scale) for large-scale data storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/storage incidents with minimal downtime.
- Implement best practices for performance tuning, system monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with global teams (Europe/Asia) to support infrastructure operations.
- Document procedures, runbooks, and operational guidelines.
II. What Youll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Strong knowledge of NFS and enterprise storage technologies (NetApp, VAST).
- Experience with GPFS is a big plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication (written and verbal) for working with international teams.
- Ops mindset: reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
