Job Description
*Job Title**: System Analyst (SA)
**Location**: Ho Chi Minh City Branch
**Key Responsibilities**:
-Communicate with business units and technical teams to gather and analyze system requirements
-Prepare system specifications, flowcharts, and technical documentation
-Assist in designing and optimizing system architecture, providing technical solutions
-Supervise system development progress, coordinate with vendors and internal teams
-Conduct system testing, problem analysis, and follow up on issue resolution
-Support system go-live, maintenance, and user training
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a minimum of two years experience in system analysis or software development (e.g., .Net (C#), Java).
Proficient in system analysis methodologies, UML, process design, and requirements management.
Solid foundation in programming principles and database management, including SQL and ER diagram design.
Demonstrated understanding of APIs, system integrations, and interface architecture.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, or in automated testing practices.
Knowledge of project management and software development frameworks, particularly Agile and Scrum, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to engage in technical discussions in English or Vietnamese. Possession of a TOEIC certificate or other recognized English language
qualifications is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
Prior experience in banking, financial systems, or related industries will be considered a significant asset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
-Possession of PMP, CBAP, or other project/business analysis certifications
-Experience in multinational companies or the financial industry
-With the capacity to engage in technical discussions in Chinese
