JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production server systems, ensuring: Stability, Security, Performance.
- Install, configure, and operate Linux and Windows servers (VPS, Dedicated, On-premise).
- Design, deploy, and optimize the company's internal network infrastructure, including: LAN / WAN / VLAN; Routers, Switches, Firewalls; VPN, NAT, Load Balancing.
- Build and operate server infrastructure to support internal systems and online services.
- Deploy, manage, and operate Docker / Docker Compose (Kubernetes experience is a strong plus).
- Configure and monitor: System security (Firewall, Fail2ban, SSL, access control), Server performance (CPU, RAM, Disk, Network).
- Monitor systems and set up alerts using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.
- Perform backup and restore operations to ensure data availability and security.
- Collaborate with the Development team to optimize system performance and ensure applications run stably and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server and network incidents, responding promptly to minimize impact and maintain service availability.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience of at least 1 years in a similar role. IT degree is not required.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS; Firewall, VPN, Routing, VLAN.
- Strong experience in administering Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Rocky Linux).
- Hands-on experience with: Installing, configuring, and operating production servers; Deploying and managing Docker / container environments
- Experience in implementing and maintaining: System security; Server performance optimization; Strong troubleshooting skills, system-level thinking, and a proactive approach to incident handling.
Preferred to have:
- Experience or familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, High Availability (HA) architectures, and Load Balancing.
