Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of project and structured finance transactions across renewable energy, power, infrastructure, industrials, and related sectors.
- Drive full credit assessments and financial modelling, ensuring robust risk analysis aligned with internal frameworks and regulatory expectations.
- Manage end-to-end deal processes including origination support, due diligence, negotiation of financing terms, and internal approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, corporates, advisors, DFIs, ECAs, and institutional investors.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including product, legal, risk, and senior management to deliver well-structured solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively advise on risk mitigation, restructuring, or refinancing opportunities.
Experience Required
- 15+ years of experience in Project Finance / Structured Finance / Infrastructure Finance from a bank, DFI, advisory firm, or project sponsor.
- Strong credit assessment capability with hands-on financial modelling experience.
- Demonstrated track record in executing cross-border or Vietnam-related project finance transactions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financing structures such as limited recourse, non-recourse, acquisition financing, or ECA/DFI-backed structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with senior sponsors and internal committees.
