Job Description
The intern will support the Sustainability Consulting team in projects related to
green building certification and
energyenvironmental efficiency consulting. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates passionate about
sustainability, green building, and ESG consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering green building certification projects (LEED, LOTUS, EDGE, WELL, Green Mark, etc.).
- Collect and analyze data on energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality.
- Prepare technical documentation, evidence, and submission materials for certification processes.
- Support energy modeling, daylight analysis, and water efficiency calculations under supervision.
- Participate in site surveys and liaise with stakeholders (developers, design consultants, contractors, etc.).
- Research industry trends, standards, and updates on sustainable building and ESG reporting.
- Provide administrative support, compile reports, and prepare presentations for project teams.
Requirements
Education:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Architecture, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Environmental Science, Energy, or related fields.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of sustainability concepts and green building standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or environmental modeling software (DesignBuilder, IES VE, Ecotect) is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
