Job Description

1. Packaging Material Management

  • Build supply plan for packaging materials (PM) by converting production plans to PM requirements, ensuring complete delivery, on time, right type and quantity to guarantee production continuity.
  • Build daily delivery schedule call-off aligned with daily production plan and WH capacity.
  • Identify potential risks related to PM shortage and proactively work on solution proposals such as delivery delay, feedback shortage, etc.
  • Monitor PM stock at a healthy level to ensure efficient cash flow in terms of inventory, as well as minimize business waste (SLOB) due to abundant PM stock.
  • Conduct quarterly reports for SLOB and follow up on actions for SLOB clearance with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Apply root cause analysis & problem-solving to handle ad-hoc issues during daily operations and resolve problems related to PM.
  • Lead workstreams to resolve quality issues with suppliers, QA, and Procurement to ensure delivery on time in full and adhere to required quality standards.

2. Supplier Management

  • Collaborate with Procurement to build forecasting plans for long-term demand (6–12 months) of PM and work with suppliers for supply preparation.
  • Lead demand & supply reconciliation (DSR) meetings with suppliers to improve WoW between internal & external stakeholders, as well as ensure all demand is captured and capacity/feedstock from suppliers is well prepared according to the allocation received.
  • Conduct category analysis to map with PM portfolio and trigger resilient plans for suppliers that align with the company's long-term growth strategy.
  • Lead change management workstreams with suppliers to operationalize company projects and ensure smooth transitions (NPD, relaunch, vertical integration, digital transformation, etc.).

3. Data Management

  • Use MRP file to identify the gap between physical PM stock and numbers in the system and collaborate with WH to make adjustments if needed.
  • Collaborate with RD to ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) to avoid wrong component volumes being produced in finished goods (FG).

Required Qualifications


  • 1–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Be able & familiar with MRP/SAP systems.
  • Detail-oriented and number-oriented.
  • Strong Data Analysis and Communication Skills.
  • Good English communication and professional usage.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
