Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated DRP Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will take ownership of Distribution Requirements Planning, ensuring optimal product availability across our distribution network while maintaining efficient inventory levels. You will act as a key bridge between demand and supply planning, playing a critical role in delivering high service levels to customers in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the DRP process for finished goods across multiple distribution centers, ensuring accurate replenishment and product flow.
- Analyze demand forecasts and supply plans to identify potential gaps or excesses, and take proactive actions to resolve them.
- Monitor and manage inventory health across the networkhighlighting slow movers, risk of obsolescence, and ensuring stock optimization.
- Coordinate and execute inter-depot transfers based on system recommendations and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sales) to align inventory and service strategies.
- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including CFR, DII, and Forecast Accuracy.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance planning accuracy, system utilization, and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business-related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in DRP or Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts such as DRP, MRP, MPS, and inventory optimization.
- Proficient in planning tools and ERP systems and strong Excel/analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a regional or multinational FMCG environment.
- Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar are a plus.
- Experience with automation or supply chain digitization projects is advantageous.
