Supply Chain Supervisor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in C Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will oversee the following job responsibilities:

1. Planning:

Support the development and execution of production plans for commercial and sample orders. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely preparation of raw materials, machinery and equipment, molds, printing cylinders, and subcontractor arrangements. Track lead times for procurement, compounding/pelletizing, auxiliary processes, packing, and shipping to ensure alignment with production schedules.

2. Procurement:

Execute procurement activities for machinery, equipment, raw materials, chemical additives, and supporting items. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with operational requirements.

3. Warehouse Management:

Assist in maintaining the warehouse system, including raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, samples, tools, and consumables. Ensure proper documentation, stock accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures. Coordinate with the Finance team for asset tracking and inventory reporting.

4. Logistics:

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export shipments and domestic transportation. Prepare necessary documentation, follow up with logistics partners, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-year experience working in the production planning, supply chain management, logistics fields . Experience in the plastics and bioplastics industry is an advantage.

- Education background in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics Management, or similar fields

- Learning attitude, integrity and accountability and team work mindset are desirable

- Ability to commute and work at the Factory in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City daily (8AM - 5PM Monday to Saturday)
