Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our supply chain and channel distribution activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth product flow from warehouse to end-point, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with production team field and warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound product flow.

•Monitor inventory levels across distribution points; flag discrepancies and initiate replenishment requests.

•Support demand planning by collecting and consolidating sales data from channel partners.

•Track and process purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock transfers in the ERP system.

•Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports: Inventory status and production plan

Requirements

Education & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination.

•Prior experience in automotive, tyre, or distribution industries is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

•Solid understanding of supply chain principles: , supply chain, inventory management,

•Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reporting); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or equivalent) is a plus.

•Good communication and coordination skills for working across teams and with external partners.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•Proficient in English (reading/writing); Chinese is a plus
