Overview
Lead and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including Planning, Logistics (LD&T), Warehouse, and Import/Export, to support business growth through strong service levels, cost efficiency, and continuous transformation
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and manage end-to-end Supply Chain functions: Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics (Distribution & Transportation), Warehouse, and Import/Export.
- Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams to define and execute Supply Chain strategies that enable business growth and ensure on-time NPD launches.
- Drive Supply Chain planning processes, including AOP, weekly S&OE, monthly S&OP, and network optimization.
- Manage short-term and long-term production capacity to meet AOP and SDD volume targets.
- Supply Chain Planning Management
- Lead S&OE and S&OP processes to improve service levels and ensure sufficient supply for short- and long-term demand.
- Develop demand forecasts using both bottom-up inputs and statistical models; identify gaps and align cross-functionally on solutions.
- Manage Demand and Supply Review processes to ensure alignment and decision-making effectiveness.
- Analyze historical trends, demand drivers, and forecast accuracy to continuously improve planning quality.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on NPD launches and product phase-outs.
- Develop and manage supply planning (MPS) under constrained and unconstrained scenarios.
- Lead DRP planning to ensure DC inventory targets are met.
- Optimize inventory levels based on forecast accuracy, supplier reliability, and lead times to improve OTIF and CFR.
- Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory proactively.
- Review and approve co-packer production plans and material requests.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Ensure availability and optimal management of RM, PM, and FG inventories aligned with production plans.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with FEFO principles; conduct regular stock counts in line with GCS requirements.
- Manage warehouse and DC operations and costs in line with AOP targets.
- Ensure compliance with company standards (I2C, GMP, AIB, EHS, stock-taking).
- Transportation & Logistics Management
- Optimize distribution networks (routing, truck utilization, area coverage) to minimize cost while meeting demand.
- Partner with Procurement to drive effective bidding and cost optimization.
- Develop and manage AOP, OPEX, and transportation budgets; track and control freight costs.
- Manage transfer plans across RM, PM, FG to Co-manufacturers and DCs, reducing double handling and port-related costs.
- Oversee daily delivery schedules to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free delivery.
- Monitor logistics performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct logistics network analysis to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Import & Export Management
- Ensure timely and efficient import of materials and finished goods to support production and business needs.
- Manage export operations to meet customer delivery requirements and timelines.
- Organization Capability Building
- Set team objectives and KPIs; manage performance through structured processes.
- Coach, develop, and build functional capability within the team.
- Foster a high-performance, motivated, and collaborative work environment.
- Manage employee engagement and retention, addressing turnover proactively.
- Provide recognition and disciplinary actions where appropriate.
- Drive continuous self-development and leadership growth.
- Governance & Compliance (GCS)
- Act as a control owner in line with PepsiCo's Accountability Model.
- Support GCS agenda and ensure control execution and documentation.
- Conduct control testing, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain audit trail.
- Ensure timely remediation of any control gaps.
- Change Management & Digital Transformation
- Define and lead change strategies to elevate LD&T performance and support business growth.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain operations.
- Collaborate with IT to implement systems and process improvements across planning, logistics, and operations.
- Build a best-in-class Supply Chain organization within the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in material planning (MRP, MPS), production planning, and demand planning.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, including S&OP and end-to-end planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, gTMS, WMS (eWMS), or IBP.
- End-to-end Supply Chain experience is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
