Job Description
1. Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Management
- Maintain operational excellence across the supply chain while controlling logistics expenditure to fulfill customer demand in volume, service, and delivery timing.
- Drive and fulfill key operational KPIs: On-Time Delivery (OTD % Service Rate), Sales Backlog Delay, Stock Days, Inventory ATR, Delivery Sales, and total Logistics Cost (% Sales).
- Establish formal logistics protocols during project hand-overs with the Sales division.
- Direct charge-back activities and manage escalation procedures when operational disruptions arise.
- Enforce warehouse control standards covering material storage, handling procedures, item identification, full traceability, 6S organization, and FIFO principles.
2. NPI Handover & Supplier Network Expansion
- Partner closely with Purchasing/Sourcing teams for smooth project handovers, ensuring SOP milestones and post-industrialization ramp-up timelines are met.
- Cultivate and sustain strategic mass-production supplier relationships built on a risk-sharing mindset where both parties hold committed responsibilities.
- Monitor supplier OTD and capacity; continuously enhance factory logistics conditions and expand the plant's logistics network.
3. Team Leadership, Quality & Corporate Governance
- Translate corporate goals into clear, actionable plans for departmental teams and direct reports.
- Supervise daily operations, conduct performance evaluations, and lead team development and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure departmental activities strictly comply with ISO/IATF quality standards and adhere to approved logistics budgets.
- Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) execution: fair labor compliance, occupational health & safety protocols, environmental sustainability, and business ethics.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, International Trade, or technical equivalents.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years at Supervisor level or 1–2 years at Manager level within manufacturing, automotive, or electronics components environment.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of demand analysis, inventory turnover (ATR), ISO/IATF compliance, FIFO, 6S, and logistics cost control.
- Management & Soft Skills: Proven capability in team development, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, operational conflict resolution, and budget oversight.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
