Order Processing

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Parts And Accessories Distribution
Coordinate the shipment of parts and accessories to market warehouses.
Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels at market warehouses.
Ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories to meet customer needs.
Campaign Parts Management
Oversee the management of parts related to promotional campaigns.
Ensure that all required parts are available and distributed accordingly during campaigns.
Dealer/Distributor Support
Provide support and assistance in handling parts-related complaints from dealers/distributors.
Work closely with customer service and supply chain teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales order processing, parts coordination, or logistics management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in SAP is a plus.
