Supply Chain & Fulfilment Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsibility 1: Online Fulfilment Model Deployment & Operational Design.

- Design operation flows for new Online fulfillment & logistics initiatives to expand service coverage and operational capacity.

- Validate Online operational flows through on-site observation and pilot execution at stores.

- Work directly with Store teams to set up and hand over new Online operational models into live execution.

- Provide initial onboarding and handover to Online Store Team during model deployment phase.

- Coordinate with System Team to define system requirements (BRD) for new Online operational flows.

Responsibility 2: Performance Optimization

- Identify root causes of performance gaps related to manpower, process, or store execution and drive corrective actions.

- Act as the main contact with Store to resolve operational and compliance gaps

- Push back and negotiate to enforce agreed Online service levels (pick, pack, dispatch, on-time delivery) and operational standards.

- Monitor key fulfillment KPIs to ensure stable and scalable operations.

Responsibility 3: Data Analysis & Logistics Cost Efficiency

- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency gaps and capacity constraints.

- Evaluate cost drivers and resource utilization across Online fulfillment operations.

- Propose data-driven adjustments to improve cost efficiency and operational scalability.

- Monitor logistics partner performance and service quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications (Essential): University Diploma

Major: E-commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business administration, technology or equivalent

Professional Certificate (if any): Non-required

Knowledge

- Understand online retail, e-commerce fulfillment operations

- Understand online order lifecycle, fulfillment operations, and customer experience drivers

- Have knowledge of operational planning, capacity planning, and frontline training for online operations

- Basic understanding of OMS, WMS, last-mile systems, and e-commerce platforms

Necessary skills:

- Ability to build and adjust operational models based on volume, capacity, and productivity assumptions

- Strong problem-solving skills using data, productivity metrics, and cost logic

- Have planning & critical thinking skills

- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

- Have communication & problem solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational trade-offs

- Have good general MS Office skill

Other special request:

- Ready to work overtime (if any) and business travel

- English communication is a plus
