Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the supply chain function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze and monitor supply chain costs & funding, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements and funding improvements.
Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to supply chain and senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with supply chain leaders to provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision-making.
Support and challenge individuals to achieve their full potential. Setting stretching objectives and measuring progress against them. Develops self and others and manages resources effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting within the supply chain function.
Assess financial risks related to supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Support inventory management processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting of inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.
Job requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supply chain finance role.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or similar are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, understanding of supply chain finance principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst observing strict financial calendars.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle complex data, simplify and convert to actionable insights.
Willingness to share knowledge so that it can be used.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
