Coordinate daily domestic and export deliveries to optimize distribution costs while adhering to legal and operational constraints, ensuring drivers receive precise route plans with designated loading and unloading points. The scope included the export activities.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Dispatching & PlanningMonitor telemetry tank levels and process orders via Zalo/email to create and schedule optimized delivery trips in the Dispatching software and Driver Duty Roster.
Maintain supply chain accuracy by regularly updating forecasts versus actuals in the Planning vs Delivery (PVD) file.
Customs & FinancialsHandle the full scope of Customs Declarations by liaising with agencies and forwarders, and ensure all declaration reports are updated accurately.
Verify and issue invoices for completed deliveries in the ERP system and monitor Take-or-Pay (TOP) agreements to initiate discussions and billing with customers.
Logistics SupervisionCommunicate daily duties to drivers, monitor safety compliance, and calculate logistics-related expenses, including overtime and Monthly Driver Bonuses.
Conduct monthly performance evaluations for contract carriers and qualify internal drivers by producing training materials, tests, and conducting sessions.
Resolve daily operational issues and customer complaints, while ensuring all staff/vehicle permits are valid and departmental documentation is organized in Google Drive.
Logistics ManagementAnalyze monthly logistics costs to identify inefficiencies and execute strategic initiatives for operational improvement and cost reduction.
Analyze and close compliance gaps between actual operations and Group Standards (Technical, Procedure, and Emergency) to ensure strict adherence to protocols.
Enforce driver safety rules, investigate incidents (Lost-time, Non-lost-time, Road Safety Events), and generate detailed reports to prevent recurrence.
Are you a MATCH
Bachelor degree holder or professionals with 14 years of similar working experience.
Excellent communication skills.
A detail-oriented, fast learner capable of working with minimal supervision to handle unexpected operational issues and difficult customers with logic and efficiency.
Possessing knowledge in Google Sheets/Excel (formatting, data keeping, and analysis) is essential; knowledge of coding such as Google Apps Script is considered a strong plus.
