Key responsibilities:
1. Supply Management
- Translate market demand into optimized supply plans across owned farms and partner farms, ensuring capacity, output, quality, and supply reliability.
- Develop and manage farm partnership models, standardize operating practices, improve farm efficiency, and build flexible supply capacity aligned with business growth.
- Strengthen collaboration with farmers, suppliers, and key partners to ensure stable and sustainable fresh food supply.
2. Post-Harvest Operations Optimization
- Lead and optimize post-harvest operations, including processing, cold storage, warehousing, and distribution, from harvest through final delivery.
- Improve product shelf life, quality, yield, and commercial value through process optimization and technology adoption.
- Develop effective utilization of by-products and leftover output to maximize overall commercial value.
3. Supply Planning
- Lead the end-to-end supply planning process, ensuring an integrated and synchronized operating plan.
- Balance market demand, farm supply capacity, inventory, freshness, operational efficiency, and financial targets.
- Continuously improve forecasting, planning accuracy, and supply responsiveness.
4. Quality & Food Safety Management
- Ensure end-to-end quality and food safety across farming, harvesting, post-harvest handling, storage, and distribution.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and compliance across the value chain.
- Safeguard product quality, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
5. Organizational Capability & High-Performance Culture
- Build operational capabilities across people, processes, systems, and technology.
- Develop a strong succession pipeline and strengthen leadership capabilities within the operations team.
- Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong preference for experience in Fresh Food, FMCG, Agriculture, Food Production, or integrated end-to-end business models.
- Strong understanding of fresh food supply chains, farm-to-market operations, post-harvest handling, and cold chain is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
