Role Overview
Rove Concepts is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator, Inbound to support inbound logistics and day to day supply chain execution. You will coordinate shipments, track containers, manage inbound documentation, and keep internal teams aligned on timing and risks. This role fits someone who stays organized under pressure, communicates clearly, and likes solving operational problems with data.
What You Will Do
Coordinate inbound shipments with logistics partners to optimize schedules, control costs, and hit delivery timelines
Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to track shipment status, resolve delays, and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
Manage inbound documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, customs paperwork, and invoices
Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments and inventory status
Prepare container data uploads in the inventory management system
Partner with planning and production to align inbound timing with demand and operational priorities
Monitor and inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
Flag discrepancies and work with suppliers or internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import export requirements, and applicable safety standards
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Identify and resolve logistics risks including transportation delays, inventory gaps, and supplier issues
Spot process improvement and cost reduction opportunities and help implement changes that improve speed and accuracy
What You Need
Advanced English, written and spoken
Strong Excel skills and comfort working through large data sets
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles is an asset
Strong organization and time management, you can manage multiple moving parts without dropping details
Strong analytical skills, you can use data to diagnose issues and make clear recommendations
Strong communication skills with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
High attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and operate well in a fast paced environment
Understanding of compliance requirements tied to inbound shipping is an asset
Exposure to supply chain systems is an asset
