Job Description

About LazyCy

At LazyCy, we are building an advanced advertising platform leveraging Amazon Advertising to empower brands and sellers to launch effective campaigns, scale their reach, and boost sales on Amazon.

Our platform seamlessly combines Amazon Advertising, shopper behavior data, and AI-powered optimization tools, helping businesses target the right customers with smart, efficient budget strategies.

With Retail Media and Amazon Advertising ranking among the fastest-growing ad markets globally, we are scaling our team to deliver this impactful solution to more businesses worldwide.

The Role

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Lead, you will own the end-to-end movement of goods: from factories in Vietnam, through customs on both ends, into US marketplace fulfillment centers, and ultimately to the customer. Your goal is simple: ensure products arrive on time, with the right documentation, at the right cost.

You will be one of the first people helping build our supply chain function, giving you significant room to shape and improve the way things are done. Shipments are already running, our forwarders and warehouse partners are in place. Your role is to take ownership of the existing setup and make it better. You will work directly with the Project Manager and BOD, with the budget and decision-making authority to get things done.

We are looking for someone who can both execute and think strategically: someone who can prepare shipping documents, negotiate directly with forwarders, and at the same time build annual shipping plans and landed-cost models.

What You Will Do

  • First Mile: Vietnam to the US
  • Work with our freight forwarders on bookings and rates; compare ocean vs. air on cost, lead time and urgency, and make a recommendation for each shipment.
  • Prepare and check import/export documentation: POs, commercial invoices, packing lists, C/Os and bills of lading.
  • Learn and apply US import requirements by product category — HTS codes, mandatory certifications, labeling requirements and related declarations — with support from the Project Manager and our customs broker.
  • Coordinate day to day with our US customs broker, and help maintain Importer of Record and customs bond records.
  • Maintain product compliance documentation, including product safety standards and California Proposition 65, and help gather what is needed when we launch a new product category.
  • Last Mile: Within the US
  • Run fulfillment operations across FBA (Amazon), WFS (Walmart), FBT (TikTok Shop) and FBM/3PL for Shopify: create shipment plans, prepare labels, book delivery appointments and track receiving.
  • Resolve fulfillment-center issues — rejected shipments, labeling errors, documentation gaps — including removal orders and relabeling through our prep partner.
  • Balance inventory across marketplaces, and use multi-channel fulfillment when stock needs to move between channels.
  • Monitor reorder points and lead times to avoid stocking out on one marketplace while carrying excess inventory on another.
  • Track landed cost by shipment, and reconcile marketplace storage and fulfillment fees against actual invoices.
  • Planning, Data & Process
  • Maintain shipping plans and demand forecasts by SKU and channel, working with Brand Management and Performance Marketing.
  • Maintain and improve our landed-cost models and inventory trackers in Excel or Google Sheets — these feed pricing and advertising budget decisions.
  • Document first-mile and last-mile processes as we go, so the playbook exists before the team grows.
  • Flag risks early with the numbers behind them, and come with options and a recommendation rather than just the problem.

What We're Looking For

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, export logistics, or import-export operations.
  • Have worked on US-bound shipments — or have solid export experience on another trade lane and are ready to learn the US lane quickly.
  • Have strong working English: you can write the email, join the call, and hold your side of a conversation with forwarders and 3PL partners in the US without needing a translator.
  • Are comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a cost sheet yourself rather than waiting for someone to send you one.
  • Have worked with Vietnamese factories, and are willing to travel to a factory when an on-site inspection is needed.
  • Are organised: you can keep several shipments at different stages moving without losing track of any of them.

Strong Advantages If You

  • Have hands-on experience with FBA or WFS — creating shipment plans, fixing labeling issues, handling fulfillment-center rejections.
  • Have worked directly with a US customs broker.
  • Have handled consumer goods or home & living products exported to the US, with exposure to standards such as CPSC, Lacey Act or California Proposition 65.
  • Have experience with TikTok Shop FBT. The model is still new, so hands-on experience is rare and valuable.
  • Have helped build a logistics process from scratch, rather than only operating inside an established system.
  • Have managed more than one product category on the same trade lane.
  • Hold a customs declaration certification or an equivalent professional qualification.

Mindset & Qualities

  • Ownership. You follow a shipment through to the point inventory is received at the marketplace fulfillment center, not until it is handed over to the forwarder.
  • Hands-on. You are comfortable doing the work yourself.
  • Data-informed. Sea or air, how much to order, when to reorder — you look at the numbers rather than going by habit.
  • Calm under pressure. When goods are held, a fulfillment center rejects a shipment, or a document is missing, you know what to do first, who to call, and when to escalate.
  • Fast learner. Every product category comes with its own import requirements, and you go and find them out rather than waiting to be told.
  • Coachable. You ask when you are unsure, and you act on feedback. We would much rather you ask early than guess on a container.
  • Proactive & flexible. You are comfortable shifting your hours when something needs to be resolved with partners in the US.

Benefits

Competitive Compensation

  • Attractive & Competitive Salary matching your experience.
  • 13th-month salary.
  • Annual Bonus at the end of the fiscal year (issued in cash and/or stock options).
  • 2-month probation with full salary.

Comprehensive Well-being

  • Bi-annual Salary Reviews (2 times per year).
  • Statutory Insurances fully covered in accordance with labor laws.
  • Annual Health Check-ups.
  • Company Trips & Team Building activities every year.
  • Lunch Allowance provided during the probation period.
