Job Description



Salary: min 25mil gross/ month

Responsibilities:
  • Support communication between suppliers and the global engineering/supply chain team.
  • Visit local suppliers to monitor production status, quality, and delivery.
  • Assist with supplier qualification, audits, and capability assessments.
  • Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and basic GD&T requirements.
  • Support investigation of quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Participate in first article inspections (FAI) and production inspections when required.
  • Prepare visit reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate RFQs, technical questions, and engineering changes with suppliers.
  • Track supplier action items and follow up until completion.
  • Assist visiting engineers during supplier visits and business trip

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Familiar with basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers.

Preferred Experience
  • From 3 years related industry
  • CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing.
  • Semiconductor, automation, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working with international customers or suppliers.
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as 8D, RCCA, FAI, or ISO 9001 is a plus.
