Our client is a FDI company now looking for urgently Supplier Quality Engineer.
Job Descriptions:
- Supplier quality engineering who takes the lead of potential supplier evaluation/development, APQP/PPAP, production quality and waranty.
- In charge of supplier quality and supplier development for the metallic and mechanical components in some of Japanese suppliers.
- Lead Advanced Quality Planning process with suppliers and internal counter partners
- Interface between internal Customer Business Unit and Japanese suppliers.
- Lead quality issue resolution and warranty claims for the current programs
- Train suppliers to understand systems, processes and tools.
- Potential Supplier Evaluation activity for new candidates including Supplier Development activity with conditionally approved suppliers.
- Global tier-N support and JV business support
Job Requirements:
- Over 2 years experience in automotive industry as a SQ, QA, PM. Preferred working at OEM or tier 1
- Good understanding of IATF and VDA.
- Great understanding and experience of AIAG core tools, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC etc.
- Trained or experienced of AIAG CQI-x.
- Fluently in English
- Good knowledge and experience in problem resolution process and methodology.
