Job Description
- Act as the main contact for contract manufacturers.
- Lead all quality tasks, including audits, PPAP reviews, FMEAs, and improvement projects.
- Drive problem solving and make sure root causes and corrective actions are completed.
- Manage multiple projects, including new products and ongoing production.
- Prepare weekly quality reports and represent customer needs.
- Identify and carry out quality improvement opportunities using standard quality tools.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 5+ years of quality experience.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, power electronics, low-voltage power supply, and ideally sheet metal or injection molding.
- Strong skills in supplier quality tools, APQP, PPAP, audits, and GD&T.
- Able to manage several projects at the same time and work with contract manufacturers.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Nice to have: Six Sigma, auditing experience, IPC 610/620, and knowledge of energy storage systems.
