Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Lead (IQC/SQC) is responsible for managing supplier quality performance and ensuring compliance with the Company's quality standards. This role drives supplier qualification, quality assurance activities, supplier audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and corrective action processes to support product quality and operational excellence.

  • Lead technical discussions with suppliers to resolve issues related to materials, components, and product quality.
  • Evaluate and qualify new suppliers in accordance with Company quality requirements and standards.
  • Plan and conduct annual supplier audits, issue audit findings, and monitor the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
  • Perform on-site supplier assessments to investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with Product Development (PD) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to establish critical process parameters and quality criteria, ensuring supplier process capability meets product requirements.
  • Drive supplier development programs and promote the adoption of industry best practices and quality standards across the supplier network.
  • Deliver training and guidance to suppliers on Company quality systems, policies, and requirements, while monitoring compliance and addressing non-conformances.
  • Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, and operational readiness of potential suppliers.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including control plan development, first article inspection, and production readiness validation.
  • Manage supplier non-conformance records and CAPA tracking to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Maintain supplier claims and compensation records, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.


Requirements

  • :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline
  • .Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality management, preferably within the automotive, electronics, or related industries
  • .Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools, including FMEA, SPC, CAPA, PDCA, 8D, 7 QC Tools, TQM, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques
  • .Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving quality improvement initiatives
  • .Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • .Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
