Supplier Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Travel to various factories throughout Vietnam

· Gather and communicate real-time production information

· Drive HFT production needs

· Track production of open Pos and report

· Identify delivery issues and delays and assess the underlying cause

· Validate vendor's stated capacity

· Validate vendor's stated lead time

· Provide qualitative information through discussions and visits with vendors

· Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience

· Technical/Vocational Degree preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant production and manufacturing experience

· Experience in production management

· Experience with a fast-paced, high-volume, efficient organization

· Experience with major distribution and US operations would be highly desirable

· Ability to generate and analyze reports using data obtained in the field

· Must be proficient with computers and automated processes and systems

· Proficiency in written and oral English is preferred
