Overview
Supervisor, Group Planning is responsible for providing support Manager, Group Planning in monitoring all project development plans i.e. construction, legal and design plans to identify and report delays to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibility
1. Control all project development plans and tracking with company BP (business plan)
- Collect and store the development plan database of all projects on Group level
- Review detailed plans of each BUs, projects to support in developing high-level timelines and milestones from Group view
- Follow up with the implementation plan of projects, ensuring timeline and schedule
- Analyze variation orders, extension of time, etc. on project implementation to offer recommendations based on actual needs.
2. Other tasks related to tracking Group and BUs BP
- Collect data ang information from BUs and departments to gain an overall understanding on current status of each issue, forecasted the impact to BP and provide actionable plan
- Analyze and evaluate data provided by BUs, departments to draw conclusions on performance vs BP at project and BUs level.
- Other ad-hoc task required by S&P Director
Required skills and behaviors
1. Background / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate, focus on Investment/ FP&A/ Project Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in managing or supervising teams of multiple discipline professionals
- Strong knowledge about project planning activities on project with different scale and categories
- Comprehensive understanding on prevailing policy and regulation in real estate industry
- Strong knowledge about Real Estate project planning, scheduling
- Experience of working on SAP and Planning modules of SAP will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English.
