As Supervisor, General Affair, you will lead, direct, and coordinate general affairs activities at Molex Vietnam, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws, company philosophy, and internal policies. You will oversee operations ranging from office supplies management to vehicle and security services, supporting the smooth operation of the business environment. Your role is critical in maintaining safety, compliance, and quality service delivery across multiple operational areas.
Our Team
You will be part of the General Affairs team within the C&CS division, working closely with cross-functional departments and external vendors. The team is committed to providing reliable operational support that fosters a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
What You Will Do
- Lead and supervise the General Affairs team, including officers, drivers, cleaners, nurses, and subcontractors.
- Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure continuous support for daily operations.
- Oversee vehicle management including maintenance, expenditure tracking, supplier assessment, and safe transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate canteen operations, ensuring food safety and vendor quality.
- Manage security services by selecting and liaising with service providers to maintain plant safety.
- Supervise clinic services, including medication management, uniform distribution, and organization of annual medical checkups and mandatory training.
- Support expatriates with work permits, visas, accommodation, and transportation needs.
- Oversee cleaning services to maintain hygiene standards in common areas.
- Collaborate with HR to organize company events and employee activities.
- Monitor and control general affairs expenses, preparing monthly reports on various operational costs.
- Liaise with local authorities to resolve general affairs issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with 6S, KAIZEN, Environmental Health Safety (EHS), and EICC & Social Responsibility standards.
- Support Molex's Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S management systems by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or Foreign Language).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing General Affairs functions.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with professionalism and flexibility.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and emergencies.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Postgraduate qualifications in related fields such as Law, Business Administration, or Foreign Language.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with international standards.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems.
- Familiarity with local Vietnamese regulations related to General Affairs.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality and safety.
