POSITION OVERVIEW
Sun World Hon Thom is looking for a Kavkaz (Caucasus) Chef specializing in Central Asian and Caucasus cuisine. This position is ideal for chefs who enjoy working in outdoor kitchens in a dynamic resort and theme park environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare traditional Caucasus & Central Asian dishes;
- Operate outdoor kitchens at beaches and theme park areas;
- Maintain food quality, service speed, and food safety standards;
- Train local staff in grilling and marinating techniques;
- Support kitchen operations during peak service hours.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Caucasus/Central Asian cuisine, working in large scale kitchens within hotels, resorts, amusement parks, etc;
- Strong skills in grilling, BBQ, and meat marination; knowledge of nutrition, designing meals, and menus for domestic and international customers;
- Good health condition, ability to work in outdoor, high-volume environments;
