Substrate MLO Design Engineer

A. Job responsibilities

-Analyze and implement Substrate MLO designs based on customer specifications and requirements.

-Collaborate closely with SI/PI engineers, PCB designers, and mechanical engineers to optimize component placement, layer stack-up, routing priorities, and copper plane distribution.

-Communicate directly with customers to address inquiries and clarify requirements.

- Coordinate with fabrication vendors to verify DFM specifications and ensure design compatibility with manufacturing capabilities.

-Prepare and generate documentation, including Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and related design outputs.

-Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve relevant technical or process-related issues.

B. Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, ...

-Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

-Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
