We are looking for a Draftsman (AutoCAD) to join our team and support the preparation of technical drawings and basic 3D models for international architectural and landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and analyze architectural, landscape, and construction drawings.
- Prepare accurate technical and shop drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Develop detailed drawings including dimensions, fabrication specifications, and installation details for natural stone products.
- Create and modify basic 3D models and visualizations to support project presentation and design development.
- Revise and update drawings and 3D models based on client feedback and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements.
- Read and understand technical documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements in English.
- Assist with email or message communication with international clients when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Draftsman or AutoCAD Draftsman.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with strong 2D drafting skills.
- Basic ability to create and modify 3D models using SketchUp or similar software.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, construction, and shop drawings.
- Good reading comprehension of technical English, including drawings, specifications, and email communication.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the natural stone, architecture, landscaping, or building materials industry.
- Experience preparing shop drawings or production drawings.
- Basic understanding of natural stone fabrication, specifications, and installation details.
- Basic experience with 3D visualization or rendering is an advantage.
