We are looking forward to working with an experienced and scrupulous talent in the position of Quality Manager working closely with the subcontractor in Vietnam.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Work with internal functions and customers in sourcing, developing, qualifing new subcon/sub-suppliers, and maintain their performance during their lifetime
- Work closely with development, engineering, and other teams to develop product and/or process through APQP
- Participate in the development project assessment, milestone review, and production readiness assessment
- Lead the 8D problem solving, impliment corrective and preventive actions, and conduct verification audit
- Handle customer complaints with leading the 8D root cause finding and corrective/preventive actions with subcon
- Coordinate internal and customer audits, lead audit-related activities, and follow up on closure & improvement
- Manage subcon's daily operation in quality aspects, monitor and track quality performance
- Drive subcon to continuously improve the quality performance towards zero defect
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electronics
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor assembly and/or test process, or relevant industry (e.g. SMT)
- Knowledge in Process Engineering, Quality Management, and Supplier Interaction
- Capability to effectively work with subcon, internal and external customers
- Self-motivated, self-managed, and work independently
- Good team player
