Job Description

Position Overview

At Keiser University Vietnam, we believe a great university experience extends far beyond the classroom. We are looking for a Student Experience Coordinator who is passionate about creating meaningful student experiences, fostering campus engagement, and supporting students from their first day on campus.

This role combines student services, student engagement, international education, and partnership coordination, offering the opportunity to work directly with domestic and international students while collaborating with global university partners. Key Responsibilities

1. Student Services & Student Support

  • Manage student services throughout the student lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, academic progression, graduation, and transfer preparation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for student enquiries related to academic policies, campus services, and administrative procedures.
  • Support international students with campus integration and administrative processes.
  • Maintain student records and process student requests in accordance with university policies.
  • Administer student recognition, disciplinary processes, and student feedback activities.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to student services.

2. Student Engagement & Campus Activities

  • Plan and coordinate student activities, orientation, leadership programs, workshops, competitions, and campus events.
  • Manage student clubs, student ambassadors, and student leadership programs.
  • Coordinate activities with academic and administrative departments.
  • Develop communication content for student activities across university communication channels.
  • Collect participation data and student feedback to improve future activities.

3. Transfer & University Partnership Support

  • Advise students on transfer requirements and application procedures.
  • Support students in preparing transfer applications and required documentation.
  • Organize transfer workshops, information sessions, and university visits.
  • Coordinate with partner universities on transfer processes and student records.
  • Maintain transfer documentation and prepare transfer reports.

4. Student Communication & Administration

  • Manage student communications through email, social media, and university platforms.
  • Coordinate communication between students, faculty, and university departments.
  • Support university events and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in resolving student issues and escalating cases when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Higher Education, Customer Service, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Experience working with university/international schools/international education environment is an advantage.
  • IELTS 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency.

Skills

  • Event planning/project coordination/takeholder management
  • Communication & Problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with CRM or Student Information Systems is a plus.
