Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Recruitment Officer. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective students, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, communicating the benefits of CalMU's programs, and serving as a liaison between the university and potential students. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending virtual or in-person recruitment events, maintaining relationships with educational partners, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse prospective students and educational partners
• Experience in student recruiting identifying potential candidates and guiding them through the recruitment pipeline
• Skills in Job Description Development and Interviewing to effectively communicate the benefits of CalMU's programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools and CRM software
• B2B partner network is a must
• Experience in higher education or student recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
