Student Recruitment Manager – Vietnam

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Remote with Travel

Contract Type: 2 year FTC

Are you a driven, relationship-focused recruitment professional ready to make a global impact Join INTO as a Recruitment Manager in Vietnam and help shape the international student journey across our UK, US, Australia and Dubai portfolios.

You'll build and grow strong partnerships with recruitment agents, identify new opportunities and develop creative sales strategies that drive enrolment growth. Using your commercial insight, CRM expertise and understanding of the international education landscape, you'll support partners, deliver engaging product training and consistently work towards ambitious sales goals.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role with opportunities to travel across the region, build an extensive international network and make a real difference to students global education journeys. Flexibility is important, including occasional evening and weekend activity.
