The Role:
The Student Recruitment Adviser within the Recruitment, Outreach, and Admissions team and holds responsibility for the planning and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to grow student numbers from Southeast Asia, in line with Falmouth University's strategic plan for international recruitment.
The role holder will make a key contribution to growing the university's income through international student enrolments, engaging with multiple recruitment channels, partners, and stakeholders, and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
Working closely with the University's International Recruitment Manager (UK), the role holder will help set and achieve ambitious recruitment targets for Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore) and will be responsible for developing and delivering the associated recruitment strategy and tactics. The post holder will collaborate with marketing colleagues to assist with profile-raising and publicity activity for the region, manage budgets, and co-ordinate in-country visits for academic and professional services colleagues.

Person Specification:
· Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent, preferably from the UK.
· 3+ years demonstrable experience in student recruitment, marketing, or business development in Southeast Asia
· Proven track record of planning and implementing effective recruitment campaigns and achieving enrolment targets
· Experience managing and developing agent networks across multiple countries
· Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with experience using digital and social media for recruitment and engagement
· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize demanding workloads and meet deadlines
· Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
· Willing to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (approx. 15–20 weeks per year) and to UK for trainings and meetings
· Must hold a valid passport
· Must not have business or family ties with educational agents
