KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on cost optimization, operational effectiveness, and process simplification to enhance overall business performance.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across key projects and functions by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and implementing scalable transformation solutions.
  • Partner with business units to evaluate strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and organizational changes through data-driven analysis, financial modelling, and scenario assessment to support decision-making.
  • Oversee transformation projects related to new organizational structures, including benefit quantification, cost-impact assessment, and ramp-up effectiveness planning.
  • Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of critical business cycles and strategic focus areas to identify opportunities for simplification, productivity improvement, and sustainable value creation.
  • Act as a trusted transformation partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistency across major initiatives through rigorous analytics and governance frameworks.
  • Empower decision-making and execution within scope of responsibility, providing expert recommendations while coordinating closely with executive stakeholders as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in senior-level positions in Project Management/FP&A/Commercial Finance/Consulting
  • Open all industries, with strong experience operating in complex organizational structures
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to serve as a business partner, driving growth, enhancing business performance, and improving cross-functional processes and governance
  • Capability in innovation and transformation initiatives, with the ability to propose and develop strategic directions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, good presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English communication
