We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious HR dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively and strategically source and identify top IT & High-tech talent through various online channels
- Stay ahead of the curve on IT & High-tech talent trends and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for Viettel Group
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate profile
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role
- Help the employer branding team to organize recruitment events such as Viettel Digital Talent, Viettel Future Changemakers, Job fairs, Competitions, etc.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
- Have an international English certificate, equivalent to 800+ TOEIC or 6.5 IELTS.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in IT or High-tech recruiting.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
